Complete vehicle integration
Bringing chassis, suspension, aerodynamics, powertrain, electronics, hydraulics, packaging, performance, reliability and manufacturing together into one coherent vehicle.
Vehicle Development Engineering Alliance
RacingSyn brings together senior specialists in vehicle development, motorsport and automotive engineering, selected around the needs of each programme.
Born from decades of top-level motorsport experience, RacingSyn combines complete-vehicle understanding with specialist expertise across the disciplines required to develop better racing and road vehicles.

Why the Alliance
Senior engineers who have designed, developed, tested and homologated vehicles at the highest levels of motorsport and automotive engineering, bringing that experience to your programme from day one.
Decisions based on data. Deadlines that do not move. Problems identified in simulation, design and testing before they become expensive problems on the vehicle.
Chassis, suspension, aerodynamics, powertrain, electronics, packaging, performance, reliability and manufacturing have to converge into one coherent vehicle. Complete-vehicle integration is at the core of RacingSyn.
Each programme gets the specialists it actually needs, for the period in which their expertise adds value. From one senior specialist to a broader multidisciplinary engineering group.
A trusted network of specialist engineering partners, prototype manufacturers, workshops and suppliers across Italy and Europe, selected around the needs of each programme.
The RacingSyn Core
These are the capabilities around which RacingSyn was built.
01
Bringing chassis, suspension, aerodynamics, powertrain, electronics, hydraulics, packaging, performance, reliability and manufacturing together into one coherent vehicle.
02
Turning technical objectives into a development plan, coordinating disciplines, suppliers and decisions from the first specification through prototype, testing and delivery.
03
Defining the layout, package, interfaces and engineering targets that allow every specialist discipline to work toward the same vehicle.
Engineering Capabilities
RacingSyn does not claim to keep every discipline permanently in-house. Through the Engineering Alliance, we select the right specialists around the technical requirements of each programme.

Design, simulation and testing work as one development loop, not as separate departments.
How the Alliance comes together
Explore the vehicle to see how specialist disciplines come together around one programme. RacingSyn coordinates the interfaces, while the Engineering Alliance provides the expertise each system requires.
CAD Design & FEA
From chassis, suspension and mechanical assemblies to composite structures, CAD design and FEA work together to optimise strength, stiffness, fatigue life and weight before parts are built.
Vehicle Dynamics
A large part of a racing car’s performance comes from getting the vehicle dynamics right. Suspension kinematics, tyre behaviour, weight transfer and setup are developed together to maximise traction, stability and driver control across the full operating range.
Aerodynamics & Cooling
CFD and aerodynamic development are used to balance downforce, drag and cooling. Ducts, radiators and bodywork are optimised together, then validated through testing.
Brake System
Brake system layout, sizing and integration are developed around the vehicle and its duty cycle. Support can extend from bespoke hardware to dyno development, benchmarking and track correlation.
Electronics & Data
From custom wiring harnesses and ECU integration to sensors and data acquisition, electronic systems are developed from concept through prototyping, validation and production.
Engine & Powertrain
Engine and powertrain development is focused on extracting performance while maintaining efficiency, drivability and reliability. RacingSyn supports calibration and optimisation from the test bench to the track, combining data, driver feedback, engine health monitoring and fine-tuning for changing operating conditions.
Composite Structures
RacingSyn brings extensive composite-design experience from Formula 1, endurance racing, GT and high-performance road-car programmes. From carbon monocoques and structural components to lightweight bodywork, the focus is always the same: minimum mass, the required stiffness and strength, and a design that can be manufactured reliably.

01/ 07CAD Design + FEA
Emanuele Battisti is a mechanical engineer with more than 25 years of experience in international motorsport and high-performance vehicle development across WRC, Formula 1, GT, Le Mans and automotive programmes.
His career includes senior technical roles with Hyundai WRC, Mitsubishi Ralliart, M-Sport Ford WRC and Subaru / Prodrive, followed by around thirteen years at Toyota Motorsport. There he worked across Formula 1 and endurance programmes before becoming Chief Designer and Project Manager for the Toyota Yaris WRC and Toyota Supra GT4.
His experience spans complete vehicle architecture, design, development, testing and FIA homologation, including several years representing Toyota in FIA Rally Technical Working Groups.
More recently, Emanuele served as Program Manager on the Maserati Corse programme, supporting the development and commercial programme of the MC20 GT2 and MCXtrema.
That complete-vehicle experience became the foundation of RacingSyn.
Great vehicles are built by great people.
