What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect your name, company or organisation, email address and the message you write, together with the page you wrote from and the time of sending. The site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. A single first-party cookie remembers that you closed the contact panel, for seven days.

Why

To answer your request and, if a conversation follows, to prepare it. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box before sending, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries addressed to us.

How long

Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is open and for twenty-four months after the last exchange, then deleted. If an engagement follows, the data becomes part of the contractual record and is kept for the period required by Italian law.

Who sees it

RacingSyn and, where an engagement requires it, the specialists of the Alliance assigned to your programme, who are bound by confidentiality. Data is not sold, shared with advertisers or transferred outside the European Economic Area, except to the email provider that delivers the message.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, for its correction or deletion, for a limit on its processing, or for a copy in a portable format. Write to emanuele.battisti@racingsyn.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Changes

This notice will be updated when the site or the processing changes. The date of the last change is the date of publication of this version.
